Hazaragi translation services in Australia

Hazaragi translation services are requested when a Hazaragi-language record must be understood in English, or when an English document needs a Hazaragi version. Both Hazaragi to English translation and English to Hazaragi translation can be requested. ATIS confirms the language variety, direction and format after the document is reviewed.

Translations are prepared for submission to Australian government departments, migration professionals, educational institutions and other organisations, subject to the receiving organisation’s requirements. A translation does not guarantee licensing, immigration, citizenship, legal, academic or financial outcomes.

Hazaragi Documents We Translate

These categories describe documents commonly sent for Hazaragi document translation. Confirm the receiving body’s current checklist and format before ordering.

Tazkira / Taskira and identity documents

Afghan Tazkira translation, including papers described as a Taskira, electronic identity records and other identity evidence, can be assessed for Hazaragi to English translation.

Birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates

Civil-status records, including Afghan birth certificate translation and marriage record translation, can be assessed where the text is in Hazaragi or a related script that needs confirmation.

Passports and identity cards

Passport translation and identity-card translation record the names, numbers and dates shown on the source document. They do not issue or replace an identity document.

Driver licences

Driver licence, driver license and driving licence translation can be assessed. A translation does not convert an overseas licence into an Australian licence.

Immigration and protection visa documents

Visa document translation, family sponsorship papers and protection visa supporting evidence can be assessed. This is not migration advice.

Legal documents, affidavits and statements

Legal document translation, affidavit translation, statutory declaration translation, witness statement translation and official correspondence can be assessed. ATIS translates the document supplied.

Police and character certificates

Police clearance certificate translation, police character certificate translation and no-criminal-record certificate translation record the visible text. They do not interpret legal effect.

Academic certificates, degrees and transcripts

Academic transcript translation, school certificate translation, university transcript translation, degree translation and diploma translation can be assessed.

Bank and financial documents

Bank statement translation and related financial records record the information shown. They do not audit the account or verify authenticity.

Medical, vaccination and immunisation records

Medical document translation, medical certificate translation, vaccination certificate translation and immunisation certificate translation are document translations, not medical advice.

Threat letters and supporting correspondence

Official correspondence, handwritten letter translation and documents described as a Taliban threat letter can be assessed. The translation records the source text.

Other Hazaragi documents

Employment document translation and other official Hazaragi language translation can be assessed when a clear copy is supplied.

Hazaragi Tazkira Translation

This page uses Tazkira as the principal spelling. Taskira is a spelling customers may use for the same Afghan national identity document. Hazaragi Tazkira translation is commonly requested when an English version is needed for identity or immigration purposes.

Not every Tazkira is written in Hazaragi. Paper, handwritten and electronic Tazkira or e-Tazkira layouts differ. A Tazkira is not a birth certificate. Names, dates and place names should be checked against the relevant passport or official record.

The translation records the information shown. It does not authenticate the document, reconstruct missing fields or guarantee acceptance by Home Affairs or another authority. Send the clearest complete copy available for assessment.

Hazaragi Translation for Australian Immigration and Official Use

Hazaragi document translator requests often relate to visa applications, family reunion or family sponsorship documents, protection visa supporting evidence, identity evidence and files used by solicitors or migration professionals. Australian immigration translation requirements depend on the receiving body’s current checklist.

Current Home Affairs skilled-visa guidance states that non-English documents must be translated into English. That checklist is not generalised to every visa. See the official guidance at immi.homeaffairs.gov.au.

Documents may also be prepared for use with the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART, formerly the AAT), a solicitor or another organisation. This is not migration or legal advice. A translation does not determine a visa, tribunal or court outcome.

Immigration document translation

Hazaragi or Dari — which translation service do I need?

Hazaragi is widely spoken within Hazara communities. Hazaragi and Dari are related, but they should not automatically be treated as the same language for professional translation purposes. NAATI treats Hazaragi and Dari separately.

If the document is in Dari, use Dari translation services. If you are unsure which variety is shown, send the document to ATIS for assessment before ordering.

Passports, civil certificates and licences

These documents are commonly translated when an Australian organisation requires an English version. Certification and document-format requirements are confirmed when quoting.

Licences and official use

State and territory licensing rules differ. Confirm the current requirements with the relevant authority before ordering. Searchers who use “driver license” are looking for the same document category; this page uses the Australian spelling driver licence.

Statements, affidavits and supporting correspondence

ATIS can assess Hazaragi-to-English translation of affidavits, statutory declarations, personal statements, witness statements, official correspondence and letters, including documents described by customers as a Taliban threat letter. The translation records the source text. It does not authenticate the document, determine who issued it or assess a protection claim.

ATIS translates the material supplied. It does not draft affidavits, prepare statutory declarations, write the customer’s account or replace legal or migration advice. Sensitive documents are handled confidentially.

Legal document translation

Academic, employment, medical and financial documents

School certificates, university transcripts, diplomas, degrees, employment and reference letters, bank statements, medical reports and vaccination or immunisation certificates can be assessed. A translation does not guarantee admission, employment, registration, payment or a health outcome.

Old, Handwritten or Difficult-to-Read Documents?

If your document is old, handwritten, damaged or partly illegible, send the clearest scan or photograph available. We can assess it before quoting and appropriately identify illegible or unclear portions in the translation.

ATIS translates the material supplied. It does not reconstruct missing official records, create replacement identity documents, provide migration or legal advice, or guarantee that incomplete records will be accepted.
